1. Who we are

Trillic Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales. We are the data controller for personal information collected through our marketing site and the data processor for personal information you submit to the Trillic product on behalf of your firm.

2. What we collect

From visitors to this site

• Information you give us when you book a demo or email us: your name, work email, firm and what you'd like to discuss.
• Limited analytics about pages viewed, used to improve the site. No third-party advertising trackers.

From firms using the Trillic product

• Account information for fee earners and admins (name, work email, role).
• Case documents and the personal data they contain, handled under your firm's instructions and the Data Processing Agreement.
• Audit and usage logs (who did what and when), retained for the lifetime of the contract plus the period required to meet our regulatory obligations.

3. How we use it

• To run the service you've engaged us to provide.
• To respond to support requests and to keep you informed about Trillic.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and audit obligations.

We do not pool firm document content for shared model training. Per-firm tuning stays inside the tenant boundary.

4. Where it lives

Personal data and case documents stay in UK-region infrastructure. Sub-processors (listed on our sub-processors page) are contractually bound to the same standard.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email info@trillic.co.uk with the subject line "Data request".
