FAQ

Questions partners actually ask.

Does the AI ever send a document without a human looking at it first?
No. Every workflow stops for human review before anything leaves Trillic. There's no "auto-send" mode and no plan to add one. The reviewer is the product.
Where does our data go? Are you training on it?
Your firm's documents are isolated to your tenant. We don't pool or share document content for training across firms. Your edits do shape your firm's drafts (that's the value) but they never become anyone else's value.
What happens to existing case management we already use?
Trillic is not a case management replacement. Hoowla customers get the deepest integration today; if you're on a different system we'll either build a connector or import your bundles directly. We'll be honest about the friction in the demo.
What workflows are supported, and how often do new ones ship?
Today: Mortgage Report, Search Report, Contract Pack Enquiries, Report on Title, Completion Statement. We add roughly one new workflow per quarter, prioritised by what our customer firms vote on.
How long is the implementation, realistically?
A single fee earner is productive in the first call. Native connectors (Hoowla today) take about 15 minutes for an admin to set up; bundle import from any other case-management system needs no setup at all. Tuning Trillic to your firm's house style is a few cases of feedback, typically one to two weeks of normal work, not a project.
What does it cost?
Annual subscription, priced by firm size and workflow volume. We don't publish pricing because it varies enough by firm shape that a number on the website would mislead you. The demo includes an honest quote based on your case load.
