How we work
Remote-first across the UK with a monthly meet-up in London. Small team, low ceremony, high ownership. Every engineer talks to customers; every customer-success person reads the codebase. We ship weekly and we measure success in cases drafted, not commits merged.
What we look for
- Care about the craft: whether that's a clean React component, a defensible CON29 reading, or a partner-friendly demo.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: early-stage means the spec is a conversation, not a Jira ticket.
- Plain-spoken. We write the way we draft: clearly, in UK English, without marketing-speak.
- Trust by default. We work with deeds, IDs and lender paperwork. Discretion isn't optional.
